SHIPPING - [A] We ship via UPS or sometimes by USPS and Canada Post. [B] Customers are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS, USPS or Canada Post makes the delivery. If Customer misses the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the two way shipping before we can reship that order. If the Customer does not request reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed: a 25% "order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking" fee; plus the two times the UPS, USPS or Canada Post shipping charge, minus the initial payment.
[C] Orders are processed in the order that we received a cleared payment.
[D] Merchandise is shipped from warehouses all over North America so it may take 7-10 business days.

RETURNS - Because of the nature of the merchandise we cannot accept returns.
